The "My Reward Block" shows available rewards to customers, boosting engagement, increasing conversions, and making redemption seamless. It encourages more purchases, reduces friction, and enhances the shopping experience by displaying rewards upfront.

How to set up My reward block to your page

Setting up the My reward block is simple and intuitive. Follow these step:

Open Embedded Content

Navigate to the Embedded Content section from the main menu

Edit in Theme Editor

Click "Edit your page" in the Embedded content section

Add the my reward block

Select Add Block and choose Joy: My reward from the apps category

Adjust the block’s position using drag-and-drop functionality

Customize the Content and Design

Modify the heading, table content, and colors to suit your brand

Save and Enable the Block

Click "Save" to enable the block on your loyalty page
