Migrate Tiers

Your basic customer import feature is only available for importing points and Birth dates.

Contact our Customer Success Agents to enable the advanced migration features

Navigate to Setting, then Migration to start migrate your data from your prior platform

Upload the file that was exported from your prior loyalty program

Match tier thresholds with your uploaded file and set tier rules based on total spending or points earned.

Click on save and check

It will take up to 20 minutes for your customer to sync successfully, but on average it takes 5-6 minutes
