I added the trigger or action from Joy to Shopify Flow, but it is running with errors and not working?

Make sure you enabled the integration toggle in our app just like the Step 2 above. This is a common problem with merchants integrating with Shopify Flow. Go to Integrations > Shopify Flow and make sure that it is enabled.
